More than 20 years ago, I said yes to an opportunity that completely changed the direction of my life.

It gave me the flexibility to build a business around my life instead of building my life around my work. It also introduced me to a community of people who are passionate about health, personal growth, and helping others.

Today, I still have the privilege of doing what I love—supporting women in creating healthier lifestyles by building simple, lasting habits while also helping those who want to create an additional source of income.
