During REFLECTION on Sunday, October 11, the apothecary will be open for you to explore at your own pace. Pick things up, smell everything, and ask questions. Everything here is handcrafted in house with intention, from essential oils and magnesium butters to scrubs and botanical blends. It's a good place to start your holiday gift list, or to treat yourself first.
Stop in anytime during the open house, 1:00 to 4:30 PM.

What if your stiff hips and your afternoon crash are connected?
On Sunday, October 11, Sophia of Sophia Dawn Wellness and Dr. Alisa of Salutaris are teaming up for Move + Nourish, part of REFLECTION, to show how movement, whole-body health, and nutrition work together.
You'll start with a gentle 30-minute bodyweight mobility class with Sophia. Then Dr. Alisa builds on it with a live demonstration and conversation about how the different areas of the body connect. Sophia and Dr. Alisa finish with a talk on whole-food nutrition and how what we eat supports us from the inside out.

Reflection doesn't start in stillness. It starts in motion.
REFLECTION begins Sunday, October 11 at 1:00 with Root + Flow, a 60-minute vinyasa class with Ari. You'll ground into your body through breath and movement, with an intentional flow designed to awaken the body, create space, and connect movement with breath.
Weather permitting, we'll be outdoors. If not, we'll move inside Solare. Mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and eye wear are provided.

We are proud to carry Quinque in our apothecary. A psychology-driven fragrance brand created by hand right here in South Dakota.

REFLECTION is an immersive wellness experience happening October 11 at Solare, a chance to turn inward through vinyasa yoga with Ari, whole-body movement and integrative health with Sophia Dawn Wellness and Salutaris, whole-food nourishment, breathwork with Brooke of Wild Earth Healing Arts, and sound healing with Izumi and Susan.
