✨ In my era of prioritizing the people and things that prioritize me. ✨

My family, my dogs, my clients, and ME. 🤍

And when I say ME, I mean choosing self-care without guilt, protecting my peace, setting boundaries, and learning to love myself the way God sees me. 🙏🏻

I’m learning that I can pour into others without pouring myself empty. I can love people deeply without losing myself in the process. And I can give myself the same grace, patience, and love that I so freely give to everyone else.

This season is about being intentional with my time, protecting my heart, nurturing the relationships that nurture me, and remembering who God says I am.

Less chasing. Less explaining. More peace. More gratitude. More faith. More love. And finally, more love for myself. 🤍✨

Welcome to my era of choosing what God has called me to nurture, including myself. 🙌🏻💕

Wow! The best 5K I have had in over 10 years! I also placed 3rd in my age group! It pays to get older sometimes! I am so proud of my Burn Boot Camp Smyrna TN family 🩵 We all showed up and showed out! 35 lbs down and feeling the best I have felt in years! God is good!

Big brother came out to watch little sister tonight. His shirt was a hit too🧡🖤🤍

Junior year! 🥹💗 Holding onto these last two years so closely. How is time going by this fast? I’m not ready for these moments to become memories. Soaking up every game, every laugh, every late night, and every little moment with my girl. 🧡🤍🖤

Media Night📷 So good to see all my FNL people again🧡 Can’t believe our first game is next Friday, so exciting! Praying for a safe and fun football season this year!! Go COUGS 🧡🤍🖤📣🏈
