📦 Explain the wait. Clearly identify ready-to-ship items, preorders, and custom products, with realistic processing and delivery times.

🛍️ Make checkout simple. Customers should be able to select their options, see the price, and pay securely without confusion.

💬 Be easy to reach. Display your contact information and make your customer policies easy to find.

📝 Your assignment: Complete ONE product listing that gives your customer everything they need to decide and order confidently.

✨ Separate your business finances. Keep track of what comes in and what goes out so you can understand your numbers.

✨ Write your shipping policy. Explain processing time AND delivery time—especially for preorders and custom wigs.

✨ Explain returns and exchanges. Customers should know the conditions before they pay.

✨ Set expectations for custom orders. Confirm measurements, color, length, pricing, and turnaround time in writing.

✨ Create a process for problems. Make it easy for customers to contact you about damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Clear policies help customers buy with confidence and help you handle orders consistently. 💯
