At European Wax Center we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of what we have planned for ourselves. If you find yourself in a position that you’re not able to continue on with your wax passes and it’s been less than 30 days reach out to the center you purchased your passes and they are able to process a refund back to the payment method used for the purchase. Anything over 30 days will result in an in-store credit that you can use towards products or other services. Please keep in mind that there is a $25 cancellation/transfer fee that will be taken from the value of the passes.
