Hello from Studio 1305.

I would like to wish all of my clients past and present, a most wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season. It has truly been a joy 🥰 for me to serve you over the many years of my long career. I’m so lucky to have a job that is not really a job, but a true passion. It is because of all of you…that I get to do the thing that makes me smile every day I’m behind the chair. That in itself is the very best gift.
I hope this coming new year, is one that draws you closer to friends and family, and also the things that make you happy.

Today was another super fun “before and after”. As long as I formulate for a red result, I was given free reign. This is my favorite thing to do when working with grey:) She also has beautiful blue eyes!!!

Today at On Broadway Salon, I had the privilege to do another transformation. So much fun. My goal was to correct her existing color (from a another salon), to a more cohesive place look without a lot of effort.

Parking cost is covered by me. Just note the amount you pay, and I will deduct that amount from the cost of your service.

There is plenty of parking near the salon, but it's mostly paid. There are street meters and private paid parking lots.

Another before and after. Subtlety can speak volumes. In the before photo, you can see the amount of white she had. For the after photo, I foiled small amounts of her white hair with a very cool based darker tone, to reduce her white and add dimension. Her hair will grow out softly without showing a grow out line. Her existing color treated ends, still work with what we did on this initial visit.

Another pretty before and after. She had a vision, and was patient with me. She had a TON of hair even after the cut. Changes like this take time, so plan ahead for the best possible results!

Before and afters! Love them 😊. First photo shows a bob haircut I did, from a couple cuts ago. She has massively thick hair, and the new-do took me awhile. Second photo is the after, which she really wanted. The inspiration photo (last pic), is what we were going for. This lovely woman is always a pleasure to work with. Haircut changes are a collaboration of ideas, and a good consultation is important so that we both can try to be on the same page.
I am not perfect, and I don’t promise the moon and stars. However…I do try my hardest, to reach for them. 💇‍♀️ ✨💫

I enjoyed doing a beautiful mild corrective color today at Roots Salon. This lovely lady came to me with over lightened hair, and wanted to go back to her warm natural color of golden copper tones. I also gave her a much needed haircut.

On todays menu… a gorgeous Bob haircut!! I love it when a person is open to suggestion.

I did some corrective color today. She started out as a very brassy looking dark blonde all one color. I added more light, more dark, more tonal contrast. I also corrected her grey. Such a nice change from before. 

This was fun and a really nice change. I added depth and tone back into her overlightened ends, while adding a few fresh light pieces back into the top.
