Some photos reflecting back on this last week in Spokane, Wa. Too many lives involved to say anything else. 08/09/2026

The great reflection of what went on last week. Just been thinking about everything and Don don’t realize how much you miss your home or you take it for granted until it’s gone or lost. We love you, Spokane!

TRF Biofeedback 🌺
Quantum Biofeedback communicates with the body to determine what energy imbalances are most affecting personal health: physical, mental, and emotional concerns.

Science has shown us that the body is indeed electric; therefore electrical reactivity in the body can be measured. The sensitivity is set so finely that it picks up the earliest signs of distress. The information is then prioritized to help the practitioner zero in on the body’s correct specific needs.

A huge thank you to @grassrootswellnessspokane — Julie Greeley has been working on me for 8 years and has dramatically improved my overall health!

I am so excited and blessed that I am getting ready to leave to go to Pierre South Dakota to work on veterans with PTSD with my quantum Biofeedback device. Daniel Litzenberger, who is the founder of the Ranch Foundation has been a quantum Biofeedback Client since 2018 to help him through his journey of PTSD and releasing the stress through frequencies. Please follow our journey over the next week as we will be supporting a group of veterans through a holistic journey to learn to find the habits that support a positive ecosystem through their healing.
Even with battling all the chaos right now in Spokane, Washington and being displaced from our home, it is my duty to help my community also with PTSD and detoxing our bodies of all of the particles of things in the air that can cause many illnesses in the future.
Spokane will be in my prayers as I’m gone, but when I get back, I can’t wait to help my community with the stress and trauma that this is endured.
Follow the ranch foundation and see what we’re doing to help people with PTSD. God bless.

If you really think about it 🥹

#sunset #adventure #vlog #hiking #motherhood 08/07/2026

This is my daughter. We have lived in Indian Trail for over 20 years. Never did I think that our little piece of heaven that she found to explore and decompress her kids down to the painted rocks to go paddle boarding, to go to the bowling pitcher to go hiking, and having this beautiful view in our backyard to help her with her journey of healing is now scorched.
For the last eight months, I’ve been watching her hiking up Strong road and sitting there and just enjoying this view and not even realizing what we have had all these years. But now we can be part of helping our forest to grow. Sometimes we have to cut back the plant to allow new growth when we go through a major disaster like we just went through, but that’s what makes us stronger just like the tree roots, the stronger, the storms, the stronger, the tree and that will be us along with our neighborhood. Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers for everyone in Spokane. We all love you and we will stick together to help each other.🙏🏻❤️✨

The last several days have reminded us what makes Spokane so special: when our neighbors need us, we show up.

On Thursday, August 13, every purchase made at all 5 White Dog Coffee locations will make a difference. 100% of proceeds from the day will go directly to local families impacted by the Spokane Complex Fires.

This isn’t just about White Dog, it’s a community effort. We’re inviting local businesses, organizations, and neighbors to join us in whatever way they can. Whether you contribute $20, $200, or $20,000, every dollar will stay right here in Spokane to help families begin rebuilding.

How will the funds be distributed?

Next week, we will open nominations for individuals and families who have been directly impacted by the fires. You can nominate yourself or someone you know who could use extra support during this time.

We’ll thoughtfully review each nomination based on impact and need, and distribute the funds directly to selected local families, helping meet immediate needs as they begin to recover.

If you’re able, come grab your favorite drink, bring a friend, share this post, or simply help spread the word. Every act of kindness matters, and together we can make a meaningful difference.

Thank you, Spokane, for always showing what community looks like

Through all of the stress everyone’s going through it it’s important for me as a mother and a grandmother to make sure that my daughter is handling her stress and using it for strength. She was able to get into our neighborhood, but of course we have to walk in and listen to her story of what it means to have a community that is strong and a neighborhood that’s looking out for each other so just listen to what she’s saying as she’s walking through to get some things out of our house.✨
