I’ve been on a bit of a sabbatical from socials, so here’s a little 2026 catch up! 🦋

Part I - end of January I wrapped up almost two years of teaching at ParkFit. I love this crew! Huge thanks to the ParkFit staff and my awesome regulars who made every early morning a DELIGHT. 😁💕

This time of darkness in the PNW is so beautifully offset with the glow kind hearts and twinkling lights during this special season. Take a moment, close your eyes, find your breath, and feel the light in your heart. It is always there. And Merry Christmas from Butterfly Yoga! ❤️🎄🌟

I am personally so grateful for the research and technology that has improved breast cancer treatments so dramatically. Almost exactly 4 years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. And now I am completely cancer free. Get your mammograms, support your sisters, and donate if you feel so inclined. It makes a difference. 💗💕🐷🌸💝
