At the start of every new bridal season, I host a workshop for my team to get together, yap, and learn some new trending bridal techniques. Today filled my cup so much both artistically and as a team leader. I always leave our team gatherings feeling so incredibly grateful for these sweet, supportive and talented women who I have the honor of working alongside. I demoed more of a full glam look for them (which is outside of my comfort zone) and am so happy I did something that challenged me!
