❕UPDATE! As you know… I try my services out on myself before I offer them to my clients. I want to ensure what I’m offering is safe, effective and worth it financially for the results it provides.

My top advice on treating your skin right in the shower. 🚿
1. NOT TOO HOT! Yes, hot showers feel amazing- but water that’s too hot will dry out your skin and make irritated skin more irritated. 🥵
2. Your conditioner could be causing acne on your face AND body. Make sure to wash and condition hair THEN wash your face and body. You don’t want the oil from the conditioner sitting on your skin and clogging your pores. 🧼
3. Your loofa holds LOTS of bacteria! 🦠 Use a clean washcloth or clean silicone face and body scrubber for light exfoliation instead.

Our hearts are breaking alongside yours as we watch the devastating wildfires impact our city, our neighbors, and the places we call home. In moments like this, regular business routines feel small compared to the safety, strength, and well-being of the people around us.
Like so many of you right now, I have been temporarily displaced from my home due to evacuation orders. I deeply share in the uncertainty, heaviness, and worry that this week has brought to so many families across Spokane.
While focus remains on community safety and recovery, I want to provide a gentle update regarding our studio locations:
North Location: Currently under evacuation orders and temporarily closed. If you had an upcoming appointment here, I will reach out directly to help reschedule as soon as it is safe to return.
Valley Location: Open and operating as scheduled. If you need a warm, quiet, and comforting space to take a breath away from the smoke and stress, my door is open to support you.
To the firefighters, first responders, emergency personnel, and neighbors helping neighbors: thank you for your immense bravery and tireless effort.
Please take care of yourselves and each other. We are in this together, and Spokane will rebuild and heal.

For those wondering... yes, My family and I were evacuated from our home in North Spokane. We are all fine and our pets are with us. I believe our home will be okay as the fire on the hill doesn't seem to be spreading, but I'd love any and all prayers right now. 🙏🏻 Rain, safety for the emergency workers, and for those who lost everything in the last 24 hours.
A close friend of ours opened her home to all of us, human and animal. We are safe. I don't know when we will be allowed to return home, so all Northside appointments right now are on hold. Appointments in the valley are on as usual unless you hear from me directly. Thank you for your continued support and to all who have personally reached out since the fires began. I truly appreciate you! 💜💙💜
