A couple of notes: this doesn’t mean you won’t break up any stuck tissue. You can soften and release the fibers. The ultimate goal with this work should still be to mobilize the layers and the shoulder and stop pain. Who cares if there’s tight bundles left if they feel no pain!
There’s a reason this career is short and spas running through therapists doesn’t help either.

Her Levator, Scalenes, and Traps were adhered to each other causing restrictions and pain.
Those aren’t the only muscles at play: Rhomboids, Occipitals, ESGs all are most likely a factor
