⚠️IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE⚠️

At The Honey House, we value every appointment and the time set aside specifically for you. To better protect our small business and our service providers, we have updated our cancellation policy effective immediately.

🐝 Cancellation Policy:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-show appointments will now be charged 100% of the base service price.

🐝 Late Arrivals:
We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we have not heard from you, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the cancellation fee will apply.

🐝 Card on File Required:
All clients, both new and existing, are required to have a valid card on file in order to book and maintain appointments with us.

If a cancellation or no-show fee is charged and the card on file is declined, the outstanding balance must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. Clients with unpaid fees will not be permitted to schedule new appointments until their account has been brought current.

We understand that life happens and that genuine last minute emergencies can occur. This policy is not intended to punish anyone, it is in place to help protect our team, our income, and the time reserved for each guest.

Our hope is that this change encourages everyone to be more mindful of their appointments and to communicate with us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. A quick message can make all the difference and may allow us to fill your appointment time with another client in need of services.
