We promise... we love questions. 😂 This series is just a little fun inspired by some of the things massage therapists hear throughout their career.
But since we’re here, let’s clear up a few common misconceptions:
✨ If you’ve recently had surgery, always get clearance from your doctor before scheduling a massage.
✨ If your goal is pure relaxation, deep pressure isn’t always the answer. A lighter, customized massage is often much more effective.
✨ Massage therapy has a lot of incredible benefits, but it isn’t a weight loss treatment.
At the end of the day, every body is different, and our goal is always to help you find the treatment that’s right for you.

One thing we really love is being part of this community. Whether it’s giving massages during teachers and nurses week or setting up at the WREC health fair.
