I’ve been locked in on my hair growth journey and this brush?? The scalp stimulation feels soooo good 😮💨 + I can get a really even trim done.

When a client is dead set on wanting sisterlocks, I don’t talk them out of it. If they are on the fence about which is best for them, I LAY it out in full detail so they can make their decision. If they are a good candidate for sisterlocks, they are automatically a good candidate for Microlocks, however it’s not always true vice versa.
I have Microlocks and have been mistaken for sisterlocks 11 out of 10 times. As a consultant, Microlocks come with a lower price range and longer distance (for most) between maintenance appointments- which fits a busy person’s schedule much easier. One the locs are installed and taken outside of that grid parting, most people won’t know what you have but the compliments are always nice 😉

I know what’s up when I see that ring around your locs. Be mindful about the tension you are applying. The goal is for healthy hair sis!
Potential solution: I’ve used human kinky extension hair to repair some of those weak spots by using the crochet method & interweaving the hairs together to reinforce the damaged loc. A repair like that could be costly and by the hour.
