Introducing Skin Classic to Glogetter Aesthetics!

This high frequency technology is not new to the industry, but she’s new to me. 🩶

When can we utilize this machine?

If you are wanting to diminish broken capillaries or get rid of cherry angiomas, milia, acne, skin tags or sebaceous hyperplasia this would be what I would add onto your facial treatment or you can book as a stand alone treatment.

For reference, this gentleman had a 45 minutes session for superficial capillary damage.

Acne-Safe Concealers: PART ONE

You asked, I delivered 🥹

I have been working for weeks researching the ingredients in foundations, concealers, blush, powders - the WHOLE DANG MAKEUP MARKET…😅

Please bear with me as I roll these out over the next few months. These formulations are acne-safe as of March 2026 but are subject to change at any time!

3 habits to lookout for 🩶

1. Picking your skin

If you pick or squeeze your breakouts, this can result in breaking of the skin that leads to scabbing and red/purple marks (post inflammatory erythema) or brown/dark marks (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation). This pigmentation can linger for weeks or months longer than if you had left it alone.

Not every bump or pimple is ‘extractable’.
It is in your skin’s best interest to let it be and support your barrier or use the correct actives for those blemishes. Icing your blemishes 1-2x a day to relieve pain and inflammation may help. Leave the extractions for your esthetician.

2. Dirty Pillowcases

Changing your pillowcases two to three times a
week is a hygienic habit, especially if you don’t wear
a hair bonnet to bed. Oils, dead skin cells, skincare products and hair products can build up on the
fabric and contribute to clogged pores.
Hair bonnets are for everyone!

Silk pillowcases are a great option, but they still need to be washed weekly. If you’re looking for a more budget-friendly choice, 100% cotton pillowcases make it easier to buy multiple sets so you can swap them out throughout the week.

3. Lip Balms & Toothpaste

Many lip balms, toothpastes, and even facial
tissues have comedogenic ingredients in them.
If you see breakouts around your mouth area,
one of these products may be the culprit.

The Anfisa An-Gloss is an acne-safe alternative for
lip balm. When searching for toothpaste, be aware of toothpaste containing SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), this ingredient is a known to cause contact dermatitis. Brushing your teeth BEFORE your skincare routine can help prevent itritation. Many well-known tissue brands are infused with coconut oil, isopropyl myristate, and SLS, all of which will clog the pores.
