Gemini season is here ✨♊︎

A season of curiosity, movement, connection, and change.
Of letting yourself evolve.
Of following the ideas, people, and moments that make you feel alive again.

This energy invites us to soften our grip on who we think we have to be and reconnect with play, expression, conversation, creativity, and possibility.

Let yourself explore.
Let yourself change your mind.
Let yourself be multidimensional. 🌙

Hydration, protection, and nourishment in one little tube ☀️💋

Lips are one of the most overlooked areas when it comes to SPF, yet they’re constantly exposed to UV damage, dryness, and premature aging. I’ve been loving the nourishing lip balm from IMAGE Skincare because it gives moisture and broad-spectrum SPF 30 protection without feeling heavy or sticky.

Packed with antioxidants, peptides, vitamin C, and soothing botanicals, this is the kind of daily essential that supports healthy lips long term — not just a quick fix.

Your skincare routine shouldn’t stop at your lips. ✨

I’ve been in a season of deep learning.

Expanding my education in lymphatic drainage, facial fusion, gua sha, facial cupping, and kansa wand techniques has been reshaping the way I approach skincare and touch.

What I’m most interested in right now is not just results — but the relationship between the skin, the nervous system, and how we hold ourselves in our bodies.

New tools and offerings are coming into my practice soon, designed to support both in-studio work and your at-home rituals.

This feels like an evolution, not a reinvention.

More to come soon.

The Ritual Year is a guided journey through the seasons — rooted in nature, ritual, ancestral wisdom, and intentional living.

Somewhere along the way, we stopped living with the natural rhythms of the earth. We learned to push through exhaustion, disconnect from rest, and ignore the cycles happening around us and within us.

The Ritual Year was created as an invitation to return.

Together, we move through sabbats like Beltane and Samhain, moon cycles, solstices, equinoxes, and seasonal transitions — learning how our ancestors once lived in relationship with the changing world around them.

Inside the membership, you’ll receive seasonal guidance, rituals for home, sound baths, reflection prompts, educational teachings, and supportive practices designed to help you slow down and reconnect.

You can join digitally, or choose the Ritual Box experience for curated seasonal tools and offerings delivered throughout the year to deepen your practice.

This is not about perfection or performance.
It’s about creating space to notice the moon again, pay attention to what is blooming, honor rest, and move through life with more intention and connection.

The Ritual Year is now open.

As sound healing becomes more visible online, I think it’s important to talk about the depth and responsibility behind this work.

Sound can be deeply supportive for the nervous system, emotional processing, rest, meditation, and energetic awareness — but facilitation matters.

There’s a difference between creating beautiful sound and being trained to intentionally hold space through it.

Over the years, I’ve invested in continued education through:
• two metal bowl trainings for on-body application
• gong training
• two crystal bowl programs

Not from a place of gatekeeping — but from a belief that healing spaces deserve care, integrity, and reverence.

As consumers, it’s okay to ask practitioners about their training, experience, and approach. Discernment is part of self-care too.

This field is growing quickly, and I hope we continue valuing depth alongside aesthetics. ✨

Beltane marks the fire of becoming.

The turning where intention meets body, and life starts to bloom in full expression.

Today, at this threshold, I’m opening Ritual Year — a seasonal journey designed to move with the natural wheel of the year.

Not rushed. Not consumed all at once.
But lived—one season at a time.

We begin at Beltane, and continue as we move toward Summer Solstice.

A return to rhythm.
A return to your own timing.
A return to what is alive in you.

Ritual Year is now open.

If you feel the call, you’re invited in.

Ta**us season calls us back to the senses 🌙🌿

Slow touch. Warmth. Scent. Presence.

Introducing the Jaipur Facial from Phytocéane—an indulgent, grounding ritual designed to nourish the skin while calming the nervous system. Rich textures, intentional massage, and aromatic botanicals come together to create a deeply restorative experience.

This is more than a facial—it’s a moment to soften, receive, and reconnect with your body.

Move slower. Stay longer. Let yourself be held in the ritual. ✨

Ta**us season is here 🌙🌿

A softer rhythm. A return to the body.
An invitation to slow down and savor what’s real.

Honoring this season through ritual—grounding into the senses, nourishing the skin, and creating space for what wants to grow slowly and beautifully.

Let this be your reminder: you don’t need to rush.
What’s meant for you will meet you in your steadiness.

Under the moon, we root 🌑✨
