Meet Sarah -

Quiet, funny, and always showing up with an amazing outfit, Sarah brings the best calm, creative presence to the salon. Behind the chair, she specializes in lived-in highlights, seamless balayage, and layered cuts making sure every client leaves with a look that just feels like them.

She’s been doing hair for six years after graduating from Academy of Hair Design, guided by the mindset that if you stay true to yourself, the right people will find your chair.

Outside the salon, you might catch her at a Built to Spill show, wishing for the power of flight strictly to avoid traffic, or at home giving her cats a thousand tiny kisses. As for hosting an elaborate celebrity dinner party? She'll pass on that entirely.

Her favorite part of Blu Skies? The laid-back vibe and the freedom to build her own schedule and service menu.

Mariah is bringing creativity, good conversation, and a whole lot of heart to Blu Skies. ✨

Bubbly, nurturing, and always showing up with cute hair and an equally cute outfit, Mariah brings warmth and personality everywhere she goes. Behind the chair, she especially loves creating beautiful blondes, soft lived-in color, and bold vivids—customizing each look so it feels just right for the person wearing it.

She has been doing hair for two years after graduating from Paul Mitchell, and she loves every part of the experience: being creative, having good chats, building community, and helping her guests feel like their best selves.

Outside the salon, you might catch her at a live music event, talking about transformation and growth, or dreaming up a dinner party with Anthony Bourdain, Miley Cyrus, and Bill Hader… although she admits she would probably be too nervous to cook for them.

Her favorite thing about Blu Skies? The team—and we are so happy she is part of it.

Meet Chelsea ✨

Chelsea is one of those people who brings the perfect mix of experience, humor, and heart into the salon. She’s been behind the chair for 12 years, and now also serves as one of our stylist mentors, sharing the kind of advice that only comes from really knowing this industry and caring about the people growing in it.

She’s a mom, a dog lover, a loyal friend to her guests, and always a fun time to be around. Whether she’s talking through a formula, hyping up a stylist, or making her clients feel completely taken care of, Chelsea adds so much to the Blu Skies vibe.

Her favorite part of doing hair? The relationships she’s built with her guests, and honestly, that says everything.
