Yesterday, I celebrated my 33rd birthday! 😳 Birthdays always make me want to reflect on the year I had and look ahead for what’s to come. Looooooong hair care! Here are a few of my recommendations for keeping EXTRA LONG hair as healthy as possible -
✨A quarterly trim, at the very least
✨Olaplex treatments
✨Detangler for combing out (my fav is Kevin Murphy Un.Tangled)
✨Opt for no-heat styles as often as possible (sleeping in braids or other no heat curl methods)
✨Professional shampoo and conditioner for your specific hair type (my favorite for my Rapunzels is Kevin Murphy Young Again Wash and Rinse)
