Dear friends,
One of our fellow small businesses and community partners, Mathews Family Farm Market, experienced a devastating barn fire yesterday (behind their home). Our hearts go out to the Mathews family as they deal with this heartbreaking loss.
Please keep the Mathews family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. ❤️🙏
If you feel led to help, one simple way to show your support is by stopping by their market and supporting their family business. In times like these, a community coming together can mean so much.

JP+ Complete 2.0 Dr Jan Roberto, update with Strawberry complete

A heartfelt thank you to Emily Stanton of Ally Wellness https://allywellnessllc.org/
for leading such an informative class on balance. Emily shared practical ways to improve strength and flexibility, and incorporate simple daily stretches and balance exercises that can help prevent falls and keep us active as we age.
Emily also reminded us that physical therapy isn't just for recovery after surgery. By addressing movement, strength, and mobility concerns early, many people may improve their function, reduce pain, and in some cases even avoid surgery altogether. At Ally Wellness, Emily's passion is helping people remain independent, healthy, and confident as they age.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a fun evening! We love bringing our community together to learn, grow, and support one another on our wellness journeys.
Be sure to check our Sunshine Healing page for future classes and events—we'd love to have you join us!

We still have a couple of openings left for Thursday's class. Who would like to join?
