First and foremost, thank you to each and every one of my amazing clients for trusting me with your beauty services. Your support means more than you’ll ever know, and because of you, I’ve been able to build this business from the ground up. This business supports my family and is my full-time livelihood, so I truly appreciate your understanding and respect.

✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours in advance. I genuinely do my best to work with everyone whenever possible, but I can only be so flexible.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the 50% cancellation fee being charged to the card on file. A new, non-refundable deposit will also be required to schedule another appointment.

Communication is everything! If something unexpected comes up, please reach out. The more notice I have, the more options I may have to help.

My pricing reflects the quality of products I use, the time invested, my education, experience, and the level of service I strive to provide. Please understand that my prices are set and are not open for negotiation.

I always do my best to be fair and accommodating while also respecting the value of my work. Please remember that the services I provide are luxury beauty services and require both professional maintenance and at-home care to achieve the best results.

If you don’t see an appointment time that fits your schedule, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I’ll always do my best to accommodate you whenever I can.

That being said, I also have a family at home with very busy schedules, so there may be times when I’m unable to accommodate last-minute requests. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
