A reminder about deposits and artist respect at Blossom & Bone:

Deposits are non-refundable and are agreed to at the time of booking. They secure your appointment and cover your artist’s time, time that is hard to fill on short notice.

If you choose not to move forward with your appointment, that is your choice! But deposits are not returned for a change of mind or for backing out the day of your appointment.

Furthermore, we do not accept clients bringing others into the studio to pressure, intimidate, or bully artists into refunds. Our artists must feel safe and respected at work.

If you have a concern, please speak with management and we will handle it professionally.

Clients who are aggressive or attempt to intimidate staff will be refused future bookings and shop entry.

Please review policies before booking. We will always support both our clients and our artists fairly and firmly. Thank you!
