if you hate sheet masks because they never stay on your face right… you need to try this! by cutting the mask you can fit it to the size of your face.
these kinds that turn clear after a few hours tend to get tight on the face so i like to cut little notches so its not so tight.

3 months of working together + being consistent at home 🤍
her skin is SO much calmer in person, but i still wanted to share the real progress because skin doesn’t have to be “perfect” to be improving.
fewer active breakouts, less inflammation + a much healthier-looking overall complexion.
we’re not done yet 🫶🏻
if you’re in the st charles area, i’d love to be a part of your journey! 🔗 in bio for booking
If you’re on a GLP-1, we need to talk about your SKIN too 👀
I feel like this part doesn’t get talked about enough. Your body is changing, and your skin can change right along with it.
You may notice more dryness, sensitivity, dullness, or changes in the way your face looks as you lose weight — and that doesn’t mean you need to go buy 10 new products.
Sometimes your skin just needs more hydration, more barrier support, good nutrition, SPF (always 😘), and a little patience.
just a little glimpse into the very different skincare routines happening under the same roof lol 😆
ps: men also need to take care of their skin!!

a little reminder from your esthetician 🤍
your skin is going to change. it’s going to have good days, bad days, and everything in between. that doesn’t mean your routine isn’t working or that you need to start over.
healthy skin isn’t about perfection. it’s about consistency, patience, and learning what your skin actually needs.
so give yourself (and your skin) a little grace. you don’t have to fight your skin to take care of it. ♡

ya girl is exhausted…. please come and enjoy a facial!!
plus you know i can never skip a good trend on instagram lol 😆
who’s your skins true bff? that would be ceramides!
ceramides are an ESSENTIAL lipid that your skin need to retain water and keep hydrated. you can line think of these guys like: the mortar that holds your skins bricks together.
they are amazing for everyone but especially to those with dry, inflamed, and barrier impaired skin.

tranexamic acid 🤎
if stubborn dark spots and post-acne marks are your biggest skin concern, this is an ingredient you’ll want on your radar.
tranexamic acid helps target the pathways involved in excess pigment, making it a great ingredient for improving the appearance of hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone.
consider this your sign to stop picking at those breakouts… because the marks they leave behind are a whole other problem
save this for your next skincare deep dive + follow along for more label lingo!

sweater weather is here 🍂 and just like we switch out our wardrobes, our skincare routine may need a little seasonal refresh too.
cooler temps + drier air can leave your skin feeling tight, flaky, dehydrated, and more sensitive than usual. this is the perfect time to focus less on doing mor and more on keeping your skin hydrated, protected, and supported.
💧 add a hydrating serum
☀️ wear your SPF daily
🧴 reach for a richer moisturizer
✨ keep exfoliation gentle
and remember: if your skin starts feeling dry or irritated, that’s usually a sign to simplify.
