✨ A new chapter at Relax & Refine. ✨
I’m so excited to officially welcome esthetic services to Relax & Refine. 🤍
To me, skincare is about so much more than what we put on our skin. It’s about creating space to slow down, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a world that constantly asks us to keep going.
When choosing a skincare line, it was important to find one that aligned with that philosophy—one rooted in beautiful botanicals while embracing the power of clinically studied active ingredients. The perfect balance of plants and science 🫶🏻
Every facial is thoughtfully customized to support your unique skin while offering a restorative experience for both your skin and your nervous system. My goal is for you to leave not only with healthier, more radiant skin, but feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply cared for.
Whether you’re navigating motherhood, building your career, or simply carrying the weight of everyday life, you deserve a moment that’s just for you.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey. I can’t wait to welcome you into my treatment room and share this new chapter with you.
Appointments are now open.

7 years ago today was my last day of makeup school, and this was my final project.
From the original concept to the finished look, it’s still one of the pieces I’m most proud of. My dream back then was to work in film, but life had a completely different plan for me—and I couldn’t be happier with where it led.
If you had told my 19-year-old self that one day I’d be a licensed massage therapist, a licensed esthetician, pro makeup artist and a business owner, I probably would’ve laughed. Yet here I am.
Looking back, I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. Every step—even the unexpected ones—has shaped the person I am today. Makeup will always have a special place in my heart because it was where my journey began.
Fun fact: I created this concept about 3½ years before Avatar: The Way of Water was released. 💙

Did you know… I’ve been a professional makeup artist for 7 years? My specialty is airbrush natural soft glam bridal 🫶🏻👰🏻♀️
Before I went to school for massage therapy and esthetics, I attended a small makeup school in Illinois where I learned everything from airbrush bridal to special effects/prosthetics makeup. My original dream was to work in film—but as life often does, it took me in a different direction.
I found my way into cosmetic retail, and that’s where I truly fell in love with skincare. I became fascinated by ingredients, how they affect the skin, and the confidence that comes from helping someone feel beautiful in their own skin. More than anything, I loved the connections I built with my clients and the opportunity to help women feel their best.
Seven years ago, I never would have imagined I’d be where I am today—combining beauty, skincare, and holistic healing to help women not only look beautiful, but feel better, too. And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤍
Message me if you have a event coming up where you are in need of makeup services 💄

And just like that… the past 9 months flew by, and I officially graduated from esthetician school! ✨ What a crazy, rewarding journey this has been, and I’m so excited to officially bring esthetics into R&R.
I’m hoping to have my books open for all things esthetics mid summer — maybe even sooner! I’ve already passed both of my state board exams, and next up is my state inspections.
I’m beyond grateful for this chapter and couldn’t have done it without God, my husband, my family, and all of you who have supported me along the way. 🫶🏻
Your sternocleidomastoid (SCM) might be behind that “random” head or neck pain 👀
This muscle runs from behind your ear down to your collarbone and helps you turn and tilt your head.
When it’s tight (hello stress + phone posture), it can cause:
✨ Headaches
✨ Eye or sinus pressure
✨ Ear or jaw pain
✨ Dizziness
The tricky part? The pain shows up elsewhere, not directly on the muscle.
A little attention to this area can go a long way in helping you feel relaxed 💆🏻♀️
Let’s be honest massage relaxes me as much as it relaxes my client!
When your back hurts, it’s often can be due to tight muscles, knots (trigger points), or overuse.
Massage:
Loosens tight muscle fibers
Breaks up adhesions (those “knots”)
Improves flexibility and range of motion
This is especially helpful if your pain is from lifting, posture, or working long hours (which I know you deal with 👀).
Is cupping worth it?
YES!
Muscle “knots” are often areas of tight, restricted tissue with poor circulation.
Cupping works by pulling blood flow into those areas, helping to break up stagnation and restore healthy movement.
Instead of just pressing on the knot, it helps release it from a different angle.
