If you absolutely NEED to cancel your appolntment, your slot may be transferred to another appointment time within a 30 day timeframe free of charge, ONCE. Any date after 30 days, your appointment will be volded. All cancellations must be completed 24hrs PRIOR to your appolntment, any cancellation later than that will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and you will
no longer be able to book with Face by NikitaReyanna again.

A booking processing fee is required to secure your appointment slot & gather any additional products If necessary. This fee is counted towards your service. The Processing Fee is $20. The fee is payable through Zelle & ApplePay. (preferred)

Kindly, refrain from boking you have tested positive for COVID, or been exposed to someone with COVID within the past 2weeks. Refrain from booking if you are experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms.
