POV: Youβre settled into the shampoo bowl, feet up, peaceful music playing, and your stylist starts that scalp massage youβve been looking forward to all day. Ahhhhh. ππ»ββοΈ
And thenβ¦10 feet away, someoneβs TikTok starts playing at full volume, or the person next to you is on a FaceTime call or speakerphone.π
We love a lively salon. The conversations, the laughter, the musicβ¦itβs all part of what makes Panache, Panache.
But with several conversations happening at once, phones ringing, and everything else going on, it can get overwhelming.
We also love giving our guests our full attention and enjoying those personal, one-on-one conversations.
So hereβs a little request: Please keep videos, FaceTime, and speakerphone calls silent during your visit. Please knowβ¦we get it if you need to work during your visit, take a phone call or step out for a minute, we will happily accommodate anything you need:)

No shade and no shame, but every once in a while, it seems like a good idea to put this out there and hope it makes a little bit of difference in someoneβs world.
If youβre coloring your hair dark, red, or a fun color at home, and youβre NOT covering gray (looking at you, younger ladies π)β¦
You ππ» do ππ» not ππ» need ππ» permanent ππ» hair color!
We get it! We know that not everyone can or wants to go to the salon every time they need a change. Just trying to save some hair, save you some money, and a bigger βoopsβ down the road.β¨
Had to sayβ¦it might be because we know her hair history, her family history, her relationship history, her deepest secrets, and exactly what happened the last time she let somebody else touch her hair.π

When I hear our guests say that they love their hair, or our space, or our people it absolutely hugs my heart. But today, I was stopped in my tracks by what was one of THE best compliments I have received from a client.
While her hair color was processing, her smartwatch notified her that her stress level was the lowest it had EVER recorded.
We do put a lot of effort into making Panache a place where you can slow down, relax and enjoy a little time for yourselfβ¦so hearing something like that helps me feel like weβre getting it right.
Sometimes the best compliment has nothing to do with your hair. β¨β¨
