Salon Policy Update (Effective April 1, 2026)

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments, the following policies will be implemented:

• A $25 fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment.

• For clients with repeated cancellations, a $25 nonrefundable deposit will be required to book future appointments.

• I will require a card on file to book appointments.

• Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have services adjusted. This helps keep the day running smoothly for everyone.

• For major changes (color corrections, big chops), I will require a consultation before booking.

Please understand even though I operate from a home-based salon, I take my work and your appointments very seriously. My time is just as valuable, and I truly appreciate your respect for my schedule.
