It's hard to believe that 25 years ago, my parents, Bill and Mary, opened the doors to MCV Salon with the intention of creating a fun, professional, and exceptional salon environment focused on the guest experience.

I remember being the salon's very first employee—working as a receptionist and never imagining where this journey would take me.

Today, as a hairstylist, educator, and salon owner alongside my husband, Carmelo, I still can't believe where that opportunity—and this family business—has led me. MCV Salon, Aveda, my family, our incredible team, and our amazing guests have all played a part in shaping the life and career I am so fortunate to have.

This salon means so much more than a business. It's a place where connections are made, careers flourish, and community is strengthened. Loving what I do every day is a gift, and I'm grateful that this industry allows me to use so many of my natural talents while continuing to learn and grow.

Thank you to every guest, team member, friend, family member, and community supporter who has been part of our story over the last 25 years. We truly wouldn't be here without you.
