Some of y’all are aware of our current egg situation and the shortage lately.

Good news, we received about 35 dozen from the other farm today. Eggs will be stocked by morning. ❤️💙❤️💙

Sooooo…… the first attempt at a raspberry swirl loaf was a flop. I used a raspberry jam to create the swirls and it burned like no other. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Double chocolate loaves came out amazing…. 🍫 🍞

AND….. hubby saved the day and ran to raspberries! So here I am tired as heck…. Spent my whole Sunday madder than a wet hornet at the bread fail. 😂

BUT, Double chocolate raspberry loaves are almost done and will be available in the morning. ☺️

I’m tired and annoyed with life…… Is it okay to say that here? Facts of life 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s all my husbands fault, he let me fall asleep without putting my dough together 🤦🏻‍♀️ That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. 😂

I’m putting dough together now and will be baking this afternoon/evening.

Raspberry chocolate chunk loaf anyone? I’m thinking this is going to be sundays flavor.

Please bare with us as the chickens are going through a midsummer molt and our production has been cut in half. While we are doing our best to keep up with orders our supply is extremely limited. I went from getting 8-10 dozen a day to 3-4 dozen very suddenly.

I’ll be doing my absolute best to boost our little ladies protein intake and get them back in production mode asap.

🧀 🍞 I have a ton of shredded cheddar 🧀 I need to use. I’m thinking about just doing a cheddar sourdough loaf without the jalapeños for those that don’t care for the peppers ❤️ 🧀 🍞
