Some of the hardest days, the hardest part is showing up. It's getting started, it's pushing play, it's saying all right let me make the transition from not doing to doing.
Sometimes that's tough. And ironically that is the thing that motivates us the most. Getting moving.
It's waiting for motivation to come and strike you like someone threw water on you.
Just get up and start something. I promise when the body is in motion it tends to stay in motion. So don't ever think it. Just get up and start something whether you feel motivated or not.
