*You don’t “need a break” from extensions (when they’re applied correctly and you get regular fills).
*Extensions don’t damage your natural lashes—poor application + picking/rubbing does.
*Lashes aren’t “high maintenance”—a quick daily brush + wash is enough.
• Washing your lashes won’t make them fall out. Dirty lashes + oil buildup actually hurts retention.

Healthy lashes = good technique + good aftercare. If you’re unsure what’s best for your lash goals, ask me at your next appointment.

But let me be clear—thick lashes can be GORGEOUS too. It’s all preference. Some days you want soft and effortless, other days you want main character, front row energy. My specialty is that natural wet lash look (clean, wispy, eye‑opening), but I can tailor the set to your vibe. The goal is always the same, lashes that flatter your features and make you feel like you.

Your natural lashes should never feel painful or uncomfortable with extensions. If they do something is wrong with the application or aftercare. Good extensions feel like nothing at all.
