I would apply reiki to these specific topics and cellular activity and use grounding to reduce inflammation. Never forget I started reiki 23 years ago bc I did a hand shake with my surgeon who told me it was the only option I had at my age for pain management. My Mother had the worst case of it in CNY when I was in 5th grade. She almost did not come home from the hospital. I got in trouble in nursing school for not doing clinical bc I was reading physician texts on endo. Some free advice - I am a natural option with a great deal of education and research on endo in a crowd of professionals that are lacking. A. Hydroxyzine- stops bladder spasm and significantly attacks endo belly in myself. Vaginal va**um is an option for pelvic floor tension reduction and painful in*******se. Sylnd is a progestin only BC that is the closest BC I have found since 15 to help maintain my pain. It is expensive. Reach out for the Dr and pharmacy where I get it out of pocket affordably. If you miss one-watch out. Miss two-uh oh. Pelvic floor physical therapy is always an option as well as pilates. We do not have access to surgeons as the speaker in this post. We have to get creative in CNY.

Thinking of my friend Nichole a little more than normal this week. Wishing she was here to help me navigate a clinical skill I seemed to have lost from school-my ability to help patients die without overdoing the crying in the supply closet moment. Death and dying patient care was her thing. It is my thing too but in a different way. I hope to never match her skill in this arena but maybe she is calling me to rise to the occasion. As I often called her to ride to my version of occasions. Two on the horizon that I have had for years and years. I have lost so many but these two are going to be hard. Of all her stories filled with wisdom and humor I never heard her cry. Did she? I will never really know bc she is another patient gone that I cannot call. At least Nichole, my number of friends I have that are fake as hell is down to basically zero. Have a happy birthday in Heaven and help a girl out here.
