Give yourself permission to slow down, recover, and enjoy the life you’re working so hard for.

Did you know that two years ago, I was nearly forced to give up the career I love?

After 25 years as an orthopedic massage therapist, overwhelming carpal tunnel symptoms—along with neck, shoulder, and back pain—left me exhausted by 2:00 every day.

Then a client introduced me to X39 wearable light technology. Drug-free, non-transdermal, and backed by a money-back guarantee, it became an important part of my own recovery journey.

Today, I trust this technology as another valuable tool to support my clients in their wellness journeys too.

WHAT BRINGS OUR CLIENTS BACK? ✨

Real experiences. Real progress. Real stories.

After more than 25 years practicing injury-specific medical massage, I’ve witnessed some incredible changes.

Three recovery stories that still stand out:

✨ Neuropathy symptoms that completely resolved.

✨ Two scheduled back surgeries that were ultimately canceled.

✨ Significant improvements in pain and mobility after injuries that affected daily life for years.

And those are just three of many.

Every body is different, and I never promise a particular outcome. Medical massage is complementary care and should never replace proper medical evaluation or treatment.

Your recovery story may look different. Let’s talk about where you are now and what may be worth exploring.

Some folks hit a certain age and start saying, “I’m old”—and I believe the body is always listening.

A few years ago, I decided I was going to age backward. With a milestone birthday coming in December, I honestly feel more useful and alive than ever. My body is stronger and more toned, my mind is more playful, and my soul is overflowing with the light of Jesus.

I’m not telling my body its mission is over. I’m reminding it that God still has plenty for me to do!

What’s not to love about getting older—especially when you’re only 38(ish)? 🤣🤣

Keep moving. Keep growing. Keep believing. Share the Light! ✨

✨ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗙 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗦 𝗗𝗜𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗞?

We often think freedom means having more money.

But what if true wealth is having the health, energy, time, and flexibility to enjoy the life you’re working so hard to build?

That’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately.

Because wealth isn’t just money.
𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵. 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺. ❤️

I’ve been exploring some different ways to support health, recovery, energy, and overall wellness—and some of what I’m discovering is pretty interesting.

If you’re curious and want to know what I’m talking about, message me the word 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗢𝗠.

Let’s have a conversation. 💚
