My sister, Jill, & I went to see “Frozen” at Leon High School today. It’s running thru July 5th (special July 4th performance @ 1pm). I have been soooo impressed with these summer musicals & this was amazing!! So many little girls (and boys, they loved it too) in their Elsa outfits & they sold snowflake wands which everyone who had one got to lite up at the very end of the show!! If you want a summer treat or fun night out, get your tickets before it’s over!!

Quick note on the term “self-sabotage” 🧠 When we typically talk about self-sabotage, we’re describing someone whose life is going well — old patterns are breaking, growth is happening — and then subconsciously, they do or say something that quietly undermines all of it. They torpedo the very thing that was working. This is a little different. Trump got into office. By his own metric — that’s a win. ✅ But what we’re watching isn’t someone sabotaging their path to success. It’s someone sabotaging from success. Over and over again. 🔁 Picking unnecessary fights. Overreaching where he has no authority. Chipping away at his own base — one impulsive move at a time. This is the kind of self-sabotage rooted so deeply in ego and image protection that even winning isn’t enough. #popeleo #catholic #ego #mentalhealth #criticalthinking The need to dominate never turns off.
