Created by Ti Adoro Studios and Baddass Cosmetics, this project was designed to spotlight women whose leadership, service, businesses, and influence are making a real impact in our community and beyond.

Women like Amy Thorn.

As COO of Knowli Data Science, Amy is a Tallahassee-based leader in the data science and analytics space, helping organizations turn complex data into clear, informed decisions.

At Knowli, a women-owned research and analytics firm, Amy supports large government programs in the health and human services space through expert data science and subject matter services.

Her message:

“A woman I greatly admire offered me a literal seat at the table recently. I hesitated for a moment before moving toward the open chair. She looked me dead in the eye and said, ‘if you don’t take it, some man will.’ Ain’t that the truth? Take the seat at the tables that are offered to you, sit at as many tables as possible, and bring another smart woman with you.”

From her early days as a principal dancer with The Tallahassee Ballet to a career on the global stage, Sarah’s story is one of discipline, ambition, leadership and GRIT.

Amber wanted a pinky soft bridal look, so we chose airbrush makeup, softly defined eyes, and a nude-pink lip.

We used TEMPTU airbrush foundation for that smooth finish that wears beautifully all day. She loves blush so we topped her cheeks with Doll Face blush by Baddass Cosmetics, and Level Up on the lips. Body Glow: Flicker by Baddass Cosmetics

The smallest adjustments can make such a difference. Most of us have a little asymmetry in our features, so we customized her lashes to the individual eye rather than automatically using the exact same lash on both sides.
