Under the New Moon in Libra, we’ll come together to connect with the energy of balance, harmony, relationships, and the inner alignment that allows us to meet life from a more intentional place.
With the New Moon meeting the energy of 10/10, this evening holds a beautiful gateway for new beginnings and conscious intention.
The evening will include ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, energy work, intention setting, and a 10:10 Gateway Activation, creating an experience of deep connection, presence, and conscious expansion.

A beautiful evening of connection, ceremony, and heart-opening magic.

There is something I know about myself now that took me years to understand.

We were taught, that when you finally create a life that feels good, you’re supposed to hold onto it.

But life lately, showed me something different.
We can love where we are, be deeply grateful for what we’ve created, and still feel called to change.

I’ve learned that choosing growth doesn’t mean choosing against the life you already have. Sometimes it simply means realizing there is more of you waiting to be discovered.

I left Israel when I was young and built my life in America. I created a home, a business, a community, and a life that I love deeply, I planted roots in my beloved Tampa.

I began hearing a familiar whisper in my heart… change… It took me quite time to give myself permission to evolve without feeling like I’m letting go of everything I had created.

My heart and soul guided me to Costa Rica,
now, I know why I am here.

My soul chose this place very intentionally for this part of my journey, I couldn’t feel held, nourished and loved by creation during this important period of my soul evolution anywhere else… I honor with gratitude, the medicine, magic, and the deep remembrance I feel here of who I am.

This is the greatest thing this journey has taught me: we don’t have to know how long a chapter will last to fully give ourselves to it :)

We can grow, explore, change, and trust that everything we have lived comes with us.

Freedom.

Everything I’ve lived has led me to my life’s mission: supporting you through moments of change, discovery, and transformation.

DISCOVER. SHIFT. EXPERIENCE. EMBODY.

I know what it feels like when something inside you is changing and your life hasn’t caught up yet.

Having the experience is one thing. Living from what it awakens in you is another.

Having someone beside you who understands that space, guides you to see yourself more clearly, and reminds you that uncertainty doesn’t mean you’re lost… can change everything!

You can keep becoming without ever losing yourself 💫

Soul Guidance, one-on-one journeys, and my Sacred Retreats created to meet you wherever you are on your path.
I am honored to walk this journey with you. 🤍

Today, Sheer celebrate 7 years being officially a boutique! ✨

There are places that simply stay with you.
And then there are places that change you.
🍃💫
Costa Rica has become that magical place for me.

Years ago, my heart led me here before my mind could explain why. Since then, I’ve returned again and again, leading transformative women’s retreats, witnessing incredible breakthroughs, healing, laughter, tears, and the kind of magic that only happens when we’re held by this magical nature.

This land was healing, guiding and holding me like no other place ever has.

Every time I came back, something within me softened. Layers I didn’t know I was carrying began to fall away. The jungle taught me to slow down. The ocean reminded me how to trust. The rivers washed away parts of me that were no longer mine to carry.

Some of the most profound moments of my own life have happened here.

This year, instead of simply visiting, my heart asked something different of me.

It asked me to stay.

For the past three months I’ve been living on this land, listening more than speaking, allowing nature to become my teacher once again. And in that stillness, something beautiful began to emerge.

A new way of serving

A more intimate way to connect with this land, created around your rhythm, your intentions, and the journey you’re being called to take.

I’ve spent years discovering secluded beaches, hidden waterfalls, quiet jungle sanctuaries, and places that most travelers never find. Places that have become part of my own healing journey.

Now, I’m opening those sacred places and my heart, to you.

These Boutique Retreats are for those who feel called to experience Costa Rica differently, with intimacy, and in harmony with the sacred essence of this goddess land.

Whether if you are retreating solo, with a dear friend, your partner, or a small intimate group, we’ll create an experience that meets you exactly where you are. Together we’ll explore what your heart is asking for, what you’re ready to move through, and what wants to be awakened.

This isn’t about escaping your life.

It’s about remembering yourself.

And I’d be honored to walk beside you.

Book your discovery call and let’s begin planning your own Pura Vida journey!

What if the answers you’ve been searching for already exist within you?

For years, I have guided people through powerful journeys of transformation and remembrance.

One of the most profound experiences I offer is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT).

QHHT is a gentle yet powerful journey into the deeper wisdom of your subconscious mind. As the conscious mind softens, a space opens for insight, healing, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your soul’s journey.

This unique exploration can bring greater clarity around your life purpose, relationships, recurring patterns, physical challenges, soul gifts, and the deeper lessons woven throughout your experiences.

The most beautiful part?

The answers do not come from me.

They come from within you.

My role is to create a safe and sacred space, guiding you inward to reconnect with the wisdom that has always been there.

More than a session, it is an opportunity to move beyond limitations and step into new possibilities!

If you feel called to experience QHHT, I invite you to take the next step.

What awaits may be far greater than you imagine.

✨ I look forward to meeting you and the wisdom within.

✨ Complimentary consultations are available - book online or message me privately.
