Our 4 month paid Assistant Associate Program is designed to prepare the next generation of successful stylists through hands on education, personalized mentorship, and real salon experience. You’ll build confidence behind the chair while developing the technical, guest care, and business skills needed to cultivate a loyal guest following.
Program Highlights
Mentorship
Work alongside a Senior or Master Stylist while learning technical skills, guest consultations, service excellence, salon systems, and daily best practices.
Progressive Chair Training
Begin by assisting your mentor while gradually increasing your time behind the chair. As your confidence, technical skills, and guest demand grow via our Meet Your Stylist Match lead software and word of mouth, you’ll transition into a New Talent Stylist.
Advanced Education
Participate in weekly education covering:
• Guest consultations
• Haircutting
• Hair color application
• Blonding techniques
• Styling and finishing
• AVEDA product knowledge
• Guest retention
• Pre-booking and retail recommendations
• Social media and personal branding
• Business building and goal setting
Hands On Experience
Work with models and salon guests while receiving real time coaching and feedback throughout the program.
Guaranteed Pay
Earn hourly pay or commission, whichever is greater, during the program.
Career Growth
Successful completion of the program leads to promotion into a New Talent Stylist position with continued education, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term career growth.
