Just call me the shoulder and neck pain slayer 😆
This is by far my favorite areas to work on...in fact its so common that when clients tell me this is their areas of concern i call it "the usual"
I find that shoulder and neck pain go hand in hand..they work together as a team to help support your head, turn your head, control your shoulders and move your neck
This is why you may feel me working the shoukder for neck pain and vice versa
Are you suffering from "the usual?" If so I would love to be of assistance!!

it always makes me giggle when a client asks "do you work the feet?"
and then it makes me think, are therapists skipping the feet??
tension in the foot can affect the way you walk, stand, run and distribute your weight..
So yes, unless you tell me not to, we're working on the feet!
