LOOKING FOR THIS CUSTOMER – UNPAID SERVICE AT STARLIGHT NAILS 🚨
To the customer who visited Starlight Nails last Friday, September 25th,
On Friday, your Apple Cash payment was DECLINED on our terminal. When we handed you the number to call Apple Support, you agreed to sit down and make the call. However, as soon as our technicians stepped away to attend to other clients, you snuck out the door without paying for your completed services.
We gave you several days for your Apple Cash statement to fully clear. As of today, that pending hold has officially returned to your account, yet our service remains unpaid.
Sneaking out after receiving full service is flat-out theft. We always treat our clients with respect, but we will not tolerate dishonesty.
We are giving you 24 hours to contact us and settle your balance.
If we do not hear from you by tomorrow, Wednesday, September 30th at 7pm we will officially submit all HD security camera footage—showing your face, your actions, and your vehicle—along with the decline receipt to the Tampa Police Department to file a formal police report.
Please contact us immediately at 8139338655] to settle this balance
