Starts at noon tomorrow!! See you there!! 🙏🏾❣️

Hey y’all!!

The seasons are shifting… I know you can feel it in the air! Brrrrrrr… 🥶🍂

And as the seasons shift, so may our focus.

I’ve been a little quieter lately while the world has gotten so loud. But creating space for rest is where you’ll continually find me.

I’ve been moving slowly, listening closely, and making room for what’s next…

A new season of restorative care is unfolding. 🤎
More soon.

Slowed by Design.🤎💛🤍

May you KNOW that you ARE a living light…
This is just a reminder for next Sunday…
Our Still Waters Yoga Nidra session is at noon.
Join us as we gather, rest, return to self, and reflect…
Always a beautiful session…
Perhaps I’ll see you there…
Much Love…🙏🏾💕✨
