Important Updates

Hello Besties,

As The Aesthetic Beauty Bar continues to grow, we wanted to share a few updates that will help us better serve our clients and keep communication running smoothly.

Over the years, our business has grown tremendously, and we now see approximately 177–200 clients each month. We are incredibly grateful for your support and trust. As we approach our six-year anniversary, implementing stronger systems will help ensure that every client receives timely assistance and that no messages or appointment requests get missed.

To help us stay organized and continue providing the best experience possible, all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests must be completed through the booking link included in your appointment confirmation and reminder text messages.

A few friendly reminders:

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please use the scheduling link provided in your confirmation text.

• If the system no longer allows changes to your appointment, the appointment will need to be canceled and a new appointment booked.

• Appointments needing changes within 24 hours of the scheduled service time must be canceled and rebooked in accordance with our booking policies.

• All clients receive our policies during the booking process, and we encourage everyone to review them before scheduling.

We are also making a few changes to client communication:

• Appointment-related communication will no longer be handled through the 919 phone number.

• Our Beautytender team will be assisting with appointment text messages and booking support.

• Our Social Media Manager will now be responding to direct messages on our social media platforms.

• Going forward, you may no longer be communicating directly with Shaunna through Instagram or Facebook DMs, but rest assured that our team is here to assist and make sure your questions are answered.

These updates are simply designed to keep communication streamlined, organized, and consistent as we continue to grow. Having everyone communicate through the same systems allows us to better support our clients today while creating a foundation for future growth and additional team members.

A Team Update
Our girl Jazzlynn has officially relocated to Texas. While we will truly miss her presence in the studio, we are so excited for her next chapter and will absolutely be cheering her on from the sidelines. She will always have a home here at The Aesthetic Beauty Bar 💫

Updated Availability
With that being said, Shaunna will now be taking on extended availability—including evenings and 2 Saturdays each month—to continue serving you all with the same level of care, precision, and luxury experience you know and love.
