The sun’s rays can do damage any time of the year even when it is cloudy. We need sun on our skin in moderation without SPF, especially early in the morning and later in the evening (think of this sun exposure as free red light therapy)!

However, to protect the more delicate skin of your face, neck and decolette, I recommend a mineral based, non-nano SPF.

I have several options from Eminence in the forms of a day cream w/SPF, tinted moisturizer, or mineral powder.

When using mineral protection you are giving yourself safe sun protection
without dangerous toxins in that are found in typical sunscreens or day creams.
