Happy Monday! I love the flavor of these little eggs bites and the fact that they are quick, easy to eat on the go, & low in points. Win! I buy mine which is one of the things I have to do today.

Trying to get my life in order and get back on track. Anybody else?

I’m loving this quick and simple salad kit from . I add my own sugar free dressing so it’s low in points. Lots of crunch and flavor! So satisfying! I couldn’t find the points without the dressing for this salad kit, so I just accounted for half the amount I ate to even things out. This will be a frequent lunch for me. Let me know if you try it out.

Happy Tuesday!
Today has been a good day. I’ve stayed in my points range easily for the day. It’s easy when you’re at work for the day and only bring X amount of food with you. I came home so hungry though. Luckily, dinner was quick and easy tonight. Grilled salmon, steamed broccoli, and a one minute rice cup. I didn’t wake up early enough to get my workout in, but I’m going to go for a walk here soon. Checking all the boxes ☑️☑️☑️

Low Point Venison Chili was my dinner last night. I stayed within points, avoided late night snacking, and got all of my water in. I’m off to a good start. Now, I just have to press repeat every day!
I know it won’t be perfect. It just needs to be consistent.

Lunch was leftover soup from last nights dinner. I love when Fall 🍁 rolls around so I can start adding soups back into my routine. I had been missing them so much! This is a favorite of mine. It’s gluten free and we use corn tortillas as a thickener for the soup. It super clean and low points.

I took in 40oz. of water already this morning. Yay! I did a 30 minute weight lifting session followed by 30 minutes of cardio. I’m feeling accomplished so far today.

I’ll keep ya posted how the rest of today goes. 🤞🏻

Start your weekend off right with a healthy breakfast and a good workout. I know the weekends are where we can go off track or overindulge. It’s ok once in awhile. We are human. Get right back at it. Practice positive self talk. Take time this weekend to plan meals and prepare for the week ahead. Set u to ourself up for success.

Good Morning! Starting my day off right with a total body strength workout followed by breakfast. Today was a Premier Protein (2SP) cinnamon roll with two shots of espresso over ice and two spinach egg white frittatas by Garden Lites(3SP)

Setting my goals for this week.
- Tracking all food
- Staying within my WW points per day
- Working out daily
- Replace late night snacking with tea

Grilled salmon, cauliflower rice, & fresh green beans from our local farmers market. This is probably one of my top healthy meals. It has simple clean ingredients, tastes delicious, & is zero points on WW💙

Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone had an amazing Labor Day weekend💙

We spent the weekend starting the refinishing of the original hardwood floors throughout our main living space. We had to rip up carpet and remove the hardwood flooring that was on top of the original. This weekend we will be sanding and possibly putting the polyurethane on. We also did menu creation for the week and went grocery shopping. Some relaxing happened as well.

I started a new workout program on Monday called Strong. I’m super excited and motivated to go hard in my workouts and stay on track with my eating.

Whoa Spicamole🌶🌶🌶 If you’re into spicy things this cauliflower rice from Trader Joe’s is gonna be your jam. I made this for dinner last night and I’ll be eating the leftovers for lunch today. If you’re looking for quick meals to spice things up for your lunches pick up this rice it’s delish. If you prefer less spice get the Trader Joe’s Cauliflower fried rice version and use that instead with coconut aminos.
