Sometimes unexpected changes lead you exactly where you’re supposed to be.

A new chapter is coming… and I can’t wait to share it with you! 🥰

A little recovery update 🤍

Thursday I had my staples removed, which was another step in the right direction. 🙏🏼 Unfortunately, my doctor still has me on very strict restrictions.

Of course, one of the first things I asked was, “Can I go back to work yet?” 😂 And the answer was a definite NO.

If you know me, you know sitting around and not doing anything is NOT fun for me. 😂 I’m so ready to get out of this house, get back to my massage room, and see all of my amazing clients again. But I also know I have to listen to my doctor and give my body the time it needs to heal properly. After everything it took to get here, I don’t want to risk setting myself back.

My final post-op appointment is October 29th, and I’m really hoping to get some good news then. 🤞🏼 Until then, I’ll continue to keep everyone updated.

Thank you to every single client who has checked on me, sent encouraging messages, and continued to be patient with me through all of this. Being away from my business has been incredibly hard, but your support means more than you know. 🤍

I’m beyond ready to get back to doing what I love. One day at a time. 🙏🏼

Hello, my wonderful clients!

I wanted to take a moment to check in and give everyone a little update on my recovery.

I’m continuing to heal following my surgery. While I’m incredibly grateful to finally be on this journey toward a better quality of life, recovery requires patience, and anyone who knows me knows that sitting still isn’t exactly my specialty! 😂

As much as I miss being in my studio and seeing all your familiar faces, I’m reminding myself that taking care of ME right now is just as important as the care I give each of YOU.

I’m taking things one day at a time and allowing my body the time it needs to heal properly. My goal is to return feeling stronger and ready to give you the quality of care you deserve.

To everyone who has reached out, checked on me, sent prayers, or simply waited patiently for my return, THANK YOU. Your kindness and continued support mean more than you’ll ever know.

I miss my massage family, and I cannot wait to see you all again!

First, I just want to say THANK YOU.

Yesterday was a big day for me, and I’m so thankful to say my surgery went well. 🙏🏼 Today, my focus is exactly where it needs to be—resting, healing, and giving my body the time it needs to recover.

Being away from my studio and my clients isn’t easy. This business means so much more to me than just a job. Many of you have been with me through some of the hardest seasons of my life, and your patience, prayers, messages, and continued support mean more than you know.

For now, Massages by Nicole is temporarily out of the studio while I recover. I’m taking things one day at a time and will keep everyone updated as I get closer to returning and reopening my schedule.

My goal isn’t just to come back—it’s to come back healthier, stronger, and able to give my clients the care they deserve. 🤍
