I retired a year ago, and have determined to get my body into better physical condition, in a HEALTHY manner. Learned what are REAL foods, that contain the Nutrients that a body is begging for. I have reversed my Type II Diabetes with food lifestyle change alone, no medications and the side effects they produce to often. My MD was very happy to see my progress without meds, and a bit surprised. :D
All our hard work, time and $$ poisoned...a lot of very unhappy residents here who cared enough to make our areas pretty and harvest some homegrown produce. We deserve better, Foxridge! š”
