New Employee Announcement...
I’ve made a lot of these posts, welcoming talented people to our team.
But this one hits different.
Today, I get to officially welcome my daughter ELLIE to the team at Solitaire Head Spa.
When I started this journey, it was just an idea fueled by long days, late nights, big dreams, and a hope that all the sacrifices would someday mean something. There were times she watched me leave before sunrise and come home exhausted. She saw the behind-the-scenes that most people never do—the risks, the tears, the celebrations, and the unwavering belief that hard work creates opportunity.
Now, I get to watch her begin writing her own story inside the very place that once existed only in my imagination.
This isn’t about following in my footsteps. It’s about watching her find her own. She has worked hard to get here, and she’s earned this opportunity just like everyone else on our team. I’m excited to watch her grow, learn, make mistakes, celebrate victories, and become the professional I know she’s capable of being.
People often say that businesses are built for the next generation. Today, I finally understand what that means.
So yes, this is a new employee announcement.
But more than that, it’s a full-circle moment.
Welcome to the team, Ellie. Watching you begin your own journey in a place built with so much love is something I’ll never take for granted. I couldn’t be prouder. 🤍
