We’re excited to welcome Andrea, who recently earned her nail license from college, to the Salon de KIREI family.

At Salon de KIREI, we believe learning doesn’t end after graduation.

Our experienced technicians mentor our newer team members, sharing their knowledge, techniques, and real salon experience every step of the way.

Teaching also helps our mentors continue to grow, because when we learn together, we all become better.

Today, one of our nail technicians who joined our team just three months ago had the opportunity to serve as a mentor during orientation for our newest team member.

Seeing someone who was recently learning now helping someone else grow is one of the most rewarding parts of building our salon.

Our newest team member is a licensed nail technician who recently graduated from El Camino College here in our local community.

At Salon de KIREI, we don’t hire based on technical skills alone.

We also value kindness, a willingness to learn, professionalism, and the ability to support others.

Every team member brings different strengths, and together those strengths help us create the best experience for our clients.

Technical skills are important, but we believe that a positive culture of learning, mentorship, and teamwork is what truly builds a great salon.

We also value our relationship with local beauty schools and are proud to support graduates as they begin their professional careers.

We look forward to continuing to mentor and encourage the next generation of beauty professionals.

Of course, glue amount matters.
But retention is also affected by isolation, placement, direction, support points, humidity, and many small details during application.

At Lash de KIREI Academy, we teach not only technique, but the reason behind every step.

Because I actively work with real clients every day in my own salon, I understand the real problems lash artists face in the field — and how to prevent them before they become client complaints.

That real-world understanding is exactly what I want my students to learn.
