I’m Little Diamond, owner of Radiance Unraveled, and I’m taking y’all along as I navigate the REAL process of building my esthetics business.

My biggest takeaway so far? You don’t necessarily need a huge budget to start testing ads, and sometimes the creative that performs best isn’t the one you expect.

I’m sharing what’s worked for me, what I’m still learning, and why I don’t automatically consider an ad unsuccessful just because it brings in one new client.

This is my experience, not a one-size-fits-all formula. We’re learning as we grow!

One thing I’ve learned about myself as an esthetician is that my anxiety can show up physically, especially when I’m meeting a new client. And while I can’t always control feeling nervous, I’ve learned a few ways to help manage it.

One of mine? Skipping the coffee before a new client’s morning appointment. 😂

Caffeine can make me feel even more jittery, so sometimes the best thing I can do for myself is leave the espresso alone and let my body find its calm.

Because confidence doesn’t always mean you never get nervous. Sometimes it means learning what helps you show up as your best self, even when you are. 🩷
