💥Here’s the before and after of my client that has had her hair permanent black for years. Now that her natural silver starts to show in 2-3 weeks with a harsh line of demarcation, we wanted to make her life a little easier by blending in some dimensional highlights to soften the harshness of the solid black. Then start her on a semi permanent root touch up for grey blending so she can start transitioning her hair slowly as it grows out.

✨With this change we are aiming to only have to do touch ups every 4-6 weeks instead of 2-3 weeks.

It can take multiple sessions to get to the level/tone of blonde we want when starting with black/dark brown hair, and colored black hair is even harder of a barrier to break through!

The goal is to get to the target blonde as safely as possible with minimal damage if any.
I use Matrix Professional Hair Color & Care
Bond enforced lightener, pre bonded toners, masks and also watch it like a hawk to ensure that happens!
