I didn’t open FRINGE just to open another salon.

I wanted to build the kind of place I would want to work in.

A place where talented stylists can make good money, have flexibility, still feel like part of a team, and choose the setup that actually works for them — commission or booth rent.

A place that puts real effort into marketing, bringing new faces through the door and creating an experience clients want to come back to.

I’m not trying to build the biggest salon.

I’m intentionally building the right team.

And right now, I have room for 2 more stylists.

We’re pretty picky about what makes it onto our shelves.

When we chose Shibui for FRINGE, it wasn’t because the bottles looked pretty — although, let’s be fair, they do.

We wanted a line that made sense for the kind of work we do behind the chair and the hair you have to take care of once you leave us.

Shibui is built around Conscious Color Care — products designed to help care for and protect color-treated hair, with thoughtfully selected ingredients and an extensive list of things they’ve chosen to leave out.

We also love that there isn’t one bottle pretending to work for everybody. There are options for different hair needs, plus styling and treatment products, so we can recommend what actually makes sense for your hair.

Because we’d rather send you home with the right product than sell you a product.

If it’s on our shelves, there’s a reason it’s there.
