So excited to welcome Ariel Bowlin to the Hourglass Beauty Bar & Bodysculpting team! Ariel is offering private reformer Pilates, Yoga, and fascia release sessions. She has been teaching Pilates and Yoga for over 20 years in Tucson. Ariel uses both modalities to help clients with core strength, posture and balance, in addition to mobility and chronic pain.
